Diabetes Education at the GBCHC

Thanks to a generous grant from CVS Caremark Charitable Trust the GBCHC is pleased to offer the following classes for pre-diabetes and diabetes education

 

Pre-Diabetes

This 16 week class is for those that are at risk for developing Diabetes. They can decrease your risk of getting diabetes by 50%

Life with Diabetes

This 16 week class is for those that have diabetes and want to take control.

Pre-Diabetes Support

After completing the Pre-Diabetes classes continue your education with the support classes.
